The router is in the living room cabinet. The word is on the label on the back or base of the router.
On the main cabinet in the living room you'll find a box of essentials to get you started. These are for your first use — no need to replenish any of it.
For everything else — toilet paper, dish soap, and other consumables — see the Consumables note below.
[Where to take trash bags — e.g., trash chute on the floor / bins in the basement. Add collection days or any recycling notes here.]
Toilet paper, dish soap, and other daily-use items have been stocked as found. Over 2–3 months these will deplete — please replenish the same brand when they run low. If you're unsure what to get, check with us on the group chat.
If anything is unclear or feels off, just reach out on the group chat.
The washer and dryer are in the basement and run on quarters.
Wash: $2.50 per load
Dry: $2.00 per cycle (most loads need two cycles)
Detergent pods: in the laundry basket — 2 pods have been left for your first use.
For your first wash, $6.50 in quarters is in the First Use Box on the living room cabinet. After that, quarters are available at the Whole Foods or the convenience store at the end of the road.
[Instructions for collecting mail — e.g., mailbox number, key location, lobby mailroom.]
[Amazon and other deliveries — e.g., left at the front door, held at the front desk, delivered to the mailroom. Let us know if a package arrives for us and we'll arrange collection.]
Feel free to use anything in the pantry. Small amounts are fine, but if you've gone through a good portion of something, please restock it before you leave.
Before you leave, please take a few minutes to go through these. The goal is to leave things roughly as you found them.
Please keep all communication in the group chat already started with us — that way we're both in the loop. Avoid direct messages so nothing slips through.
Locked out? Send a message in the group chat and we'll work it out — hasn't happened yet, so we'll figure it out together.
Emergency? Call 911 first. Then let us know in the chat.
